Outstanding care starts with your people.

1. Staff: sign in to see your own shifts, staffing checks and private evidence files.
2. Managers: add staff, review evidence and maintain checks. Every new check starts pending. Only verify it after reviewing evidence and recording its reference.
3. Rotas: add your services in Company settings, then plan shifts. Essential check gaps and overlaps block new assignments. Existing shifts are flagged if checks expire.
4. Administrators: create an invitation for the correct staff member, email and role. Share its code privately. The recipient creates and verifies their account, then joins the company using the code.
5. Private files: evidence can be read by the staff member concerned and authorised company managers. Uploading a file does not verify a check.

Records are shared online. This tab holds your sign-in session; sign out on shared devices. Free hosting has capacity and availability limits. Keep protected recovery exports. Water is a working pilot for assigned care teams, person-centred plans, visits, append-only care notes and handover actions. Test with fictional records before live care use. Recording a concern does not send an alert.
